address, phone number, etc). When you visit the Site, Nutrimaps.com
collects only the Personal Information you voluntarily provide to us for
services you request. We may also collect additional information, such as birth
dates and information about your condition to better serve you.
We collect the Personal Information that you provide in various ways,

(a) when you join or you edit information submitted in association with Nutrimaps.com
membership (“Member Information);

(c) when you wish to participate in one of our interactive forums, including

2. Join Nutrimaps.com and Edit Member Profile
In order to access certain services and content, you are required to become a
member. We use Personal Information to provide you with the services you request
and information that we believe is of interest to you. We may also use Personal
Information to contact you. You can opt-out of receiving such communications at
the time you join or by editing your Profile Information. You can also edit your
Member Profile/Account by e-mailing us at Privacy@Nutrimaps.com
3. Newsletter
You may register to receive our e-Newsletter by clicking on “My Profile” and opting in to receive the e-Newsletter or by submitting your
e-mail address at the designated place.
4. Tell A Friend
When you use Nutrimaps.com's "Tell a Friend" feature, Nutrimaps.com
sends an e-mail to your friend's e-mail address, lists your name as
the sender, and provides the information you requested be sent. Nutrimaps.com
uses the friend's e-mail address only for the purpose of sending your friend
the e-mail you requested. We do not store your friend's e-mail address.
5. Public Forums
Please know that any information (including personal and health-related
information) you reveal in a Nutrimaps.com public forum (such as a message board, gallery, Blog, chat room/event, or similar electronic public venues) is not protected by this Privacy Policy. Such postings will be seen by Nutrimaps.com members and/or guests and third parties not related to Nutrimaps.com. What you write could be used by others in ways beyond our control or predict, including contacting you for unauthorized purposes. Also, if you access a third party web site from a link on the Site, any information you reveal on that site is not subject to this Privacy Policy. You should consult the privacy policy of
each web site you visit.
6. Anonymous Data
We may place a “cookie” – a non-personally identifying computer code -- on
your browser to help navigate the site. We may also collect information as to
the traffic on certain pages of the site.
Periodically, we may run polls. Responses to the poll are anonymous. The date
and time, IP address, and vote for each vote cast is recorded to ensure accuracy

vendors. Nutrimaps.com does not disclose your Personal Information to these Third Party Websites without obtaining your consent. Nutrimaps.com does not endorse and is not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites. If you choose to link to one of these Third-party Websites, you should review the privacy policy posted on the other site to understand how that Third Party Website collects and uses your Personal Information.
2. Disclosure of Aggregate Information
Nutrimaps.com may provide to third parties non-personal information about your visit that
does not allow you to be identified or contacted and that is combined with the
non-personal information of other users. For example, we might inform third
parties regarding the number of users of our site and the activities they
conduct while on our site, i.e., "30% of our users live in the eastern
United States" or "25% of our users are related to a certain
disorder."
3. Business Transfers
In the event that Nutrimaps.com undergoes a corporate restructuring or sale, user information, including personally identifiable information, may be transferred to the new entity. By submitting your personal information to the Site you agree that your data may be transferred to such parties.

1. Cookies and Non-Personally Identifiable Information
To help make the Site more responsive to the needs of our visitors, we invoke a standard feature found in browser software, called a "cookie," to assign each visitor a unique, random number, a sort of anonymous user ID that resides on your computer. The cookie doesn't actually identify the visitor, just the computer that a visitor uses to access our site. A cookie can't read data off your hard drive.
